Safety
In an emergency, call 999 first. Muddy Corner is not an emergency service.
What rider help is
Rider help lets you ask other Muddy Corner members for a hand when you run out of fuel, get a puncture or break down. The riders who answer are volunteers. We do not check them, we cannot promise anyone will reply, and we cannot promise how long it will take.
Staying safe
- If anyone is hurt, or you are in a dangerous spot, call 999. Do not wait for a reply on the app.
- Your exact location is only shared with the one rider you choose to help you.
- Meet in a public place if you can, and tell someone you trust where you are.
- If someone makes you uncomfortable, stop talking to them and report them.
- Never share bank details, passwords or home keys with someone you met on the app.
Hazards and speed cameras
Hazard and camera reports come from other riders. They may be wrong or out of date, so always ride to the conditions. Rules on camera alerts differ between countries, so check the law wherever you ride.
Fuel prices
Prices are reported by riders and can be out of date. Check the pump.
Reporting a problem
Use the report buttons in the app, or email hello@muddycorner.com.
